I'm no expert with Adobe Photoshop but it looks like somebody photoshopped Bin Laden's mouth and beard onto this guy's face.

Ironically, what began as a false DMCA attack on a different website has turned into a shit storm over on I-Tube. Mainly thanks to a user who goes by Phantom409 aka PhantomVision who is falsely accusing another I-Tube user called DiGGer.

Phantom is desperately trying to say that a user called Mike10Dude is responsible. Supposedly phantom received a private email where Mike admits to it. There's a lot of skepticism on whether or not this message is real.

Oh really now??? I can easily prove otherwise & I think the insinuation of this comment here is quite obvious. Do you remember what Mike10Dude did while I was still running I-Tube?? Lets review...

Mike attempted to shut down I-Tube/DT thru a denial of service attack (pretty pathetic one btw) by refreshing the front page THOUSANDS of times. LOL... I responded in kind by forwarding this IP to a site he didn't want to go to. At the time I didn't know whose IP address that belonged to but I eventually found out.

How did I find out? Because mike10dude tweeted about his own redirect.

So what kind of 'good friend' goes and tries to maliciously have a person's website shut down? Better yet why is MyRealityBytes saying we've been good friends, when we had a skype convo saying I hardly knew him.

Now lets do a brief recap and take a look at this screen shot. Something MBD said on his youtube channel a while back.

Rather than trying to scapegoat me for something I've had no part in, why don't you handle this the right way? Why don't ya'll "leave the drama behind" as first promised when launching I-Tube???  Why don't you guys grow a pair and finally kick this false DMCA filing schmuck to the curb? When it comes to leaving the drama behind you, that would be a good 1st step. Just a thought...

MyRealityBytes, oh bitch please....

2 weeks ago a website called Vloggerheads was plagued with fraudulent copyright complaints, which were intended to create disarray amongst their online community . It is EXTREMELY likely that the person responsible is I-Tube user Phantom409 aka PhantomVision. I say this based on my personal experience with the guy & his extensive history of doing these sorts of shenanigans.

Even though Vloggerheads has more or less moved on from this bad situation, it has oddly enough created a shit storm on I-Tube. On occasion my name has been mentioned, even though I have absolutely nothing to do with I-Tube nor with this latest episode of melodramatic fuckery.

When I was the head admin of I-Tube back in July 2009, I decided to ban PhantomVision permanently for him admitting to filing illegal DMCA's against the site now known as I-Tube.

Now with that being said, check out this screenshot one of my friends sent to me. Pay particular attention to the very last sentence highlighted in white.

Basically, what Katfellow says is that this guy should have never been allowed to return to I-Tube after admitting to filing fraudulent DMCA's back in July 2009. I agree with that and always have...

However, check out this response to Katfellow, a dishonest C.Y.A. move from I-Tube admin MyRealityBytes aka 'Bytes'.

My memory of that whole fiasco happened quite a bit differently. Evidently old chat logs from Skype backs me up entirely. This is what I said to phantom after he admitted to attacking that site with false DMCA's

Initially Phantom was to be banned permanently. However, after he contacted Ning (hosting provider) and had those fraudulent DMCA's legally retracted. I finally relented and reduced his penalty from a permaban to a 3 month suspension. After telling him this, Phantom started crying about how I was being unfair and thought I should've reinstated him immediately.

Phantom soon realized that I had ZERO sympathy for him and I wasn't budging. So instead of hassling me, he decides to start begging FragUPlenty and MyRealityBytes for his account to be reinstated. After about 2 weeks of Frag and MyRealityBytes being inundated with Phantom's begging. Guess what happens? Suddenly MyRealityBytes started repeating some of the same manipulative bullshit that Phantom tried to sell to me.


After I made it abundantly clear that he was to remain suspended for 3 months and it wasn't negotiable. Guess what they pulled ONE MONTH later...

When saying "We", she means Frag and HERSELF (primarily her). I can't tell you how pissed off I was when first hearing that. I said you live in a MOTEL, which you do. I wouldn't have brought it up until you and others started taking shots at the new home I bought. I can see that you're running out of things to talk about.  Hilarious that any of these people would talk crap about my new home since some of their living arrangement's are far worse than mine was. See I was working my butt off for over 2 years after being laid off and bounced back while some of them are drawing disability and spending all day trolling people.

Phantom409 is so desperate for attention that he results to making up lies, files fraudulent copyright complaints, and harassing individuals for up to years at a time. He has even filed false police reports of being beat up by gang members to further his delusions of unwarranted self-importance. Recently he was ordered to appear in court because he couldn't stop making harassing telephone calls to someone.

He has accused me of harassing someone off  that side (yet again) when in fact I explained what really happened and it was ignored. I will reiterate once again, why hasn't this person returned to DramaTube/I-Tube now that the "bad man" a.k,a, me left last year?. Fact is that site had a variety of talented members and almost all of them have left. They were HARASSED and STALKED by phantom409 and people just like him. I can ask former members and they'll most certainly testify to that!!

The massive falling out and disconnecting the domain name was never an attack on all the members of DramaTube/I-Tube like phantom (MRB via proxy) have claimed. They twisted it into that because they stepped on someone's toes who managed to fire back. Although the site being down wasn't deliberate, like I said before it was their responsibilty to fix it promptly and they did not even after offering to help. You raise enough hell with the hosting provider (Ning) and they'll fix whatever issue you have within a matter of hours. I had to communicate with them over past issues so i know.

 Whether I left the site or not is irrelevant cuz we made a pact with witnesses. So I wasn't snooping around or doing something I wasn't supposed to be doing. None of this Jerry Spinger bullshit would have happened if MeanBlackDude or MRB had just asked what I was doing. But did they do that? Nooooo!!! If so then they would've quickly learned that what I did was completely innocent. Instead they decided to shoot first and ask questions lat.... on 2nd thought no questions just nothing but shooting.

Actually I had been thinking about disconnecting the domain name from their hosting network for a while and it had NOTHING to do with this crap that's been going on. AND I was planning to notify them about it. But you know why I was so reluctant? Because I was afraid they might make trouble over it. However, after the malicious banning of my account that was the last straw and I said fuck it.

And the smear campaign continues!!!

I just read a blog posted by phantom409 where I've supposedly been caught lying about something. Oh my... I'm shaking with fear!! LOL.

He reposted a hostile exchange of comments made between me and MeanBlackDude in one of Phatom409's youtube videos. The only thing I could find that might be used to twist the facts was this quote here from me.

 *Sigh* I stated this AFTER they began pulling the smear campaign BS on me and Frag calling us extortionists. Beforehand, me and frag added MBD in a skype convo and offered to reconnect the domain for up to 2 weeks. Giving him the option to either buy it and move on with things or get his own domain. We offered to meet him half way and make things a bit easier for him but he said no thanks. That doesn't sound very extortion-like now does it?

Additionally MBD said something about adding a canceled debit card number so that he couldn't be charged anymore and come August 30th, Ning would shut down the network. The skype convo has been reposted all over the place, go re-read it asshole and you'll see it's all right there. After MBD said this I saw DramaTube/I-Tube being on borrowed time and saw no point in speaking with him ever again. I thought that was the end of it but then several days later he and MyRealityBytes are all over the interwebz making false accusations of extortion.

Btw... that little "argument" I had with Frag on skype with you in the convo. That argument was fake my friend. We were simply adding more BS to that little joke they pulled on electing you for DT admin. And you fell for it hook, line, and sinker. Frag recorded it and when we hung up, we were laughing about it..

Phantom it looks like my last blog has put you in a bit of a hissy fit. That's pretty funny because I hardly put any effort into that. What's wrong? Did the truth hurt a little? Too bad buddy because here's some more cold hard truth for ya.

Everything you've said about me so far has done nothing but made me laugh. You have absolutely no clue what had truly transpried in the weeks that led up to the DT domain name being taken offline. However, you don't give a rats ass because you're just another drama whore that has to always stick your nose into crap where it doesn't belong.

You are so desperate for attention you result to making up huge lies. Such as your wife supposedly being shot, your house being broken into, and gang members beating you up yet there wasn't a scratch on you. The figures above were typical traffic trends the site was getting while I was running the place. The site  was easily twice than what MBD was getting and I highly doubt it is getting those kind of page views.

I don't wanna sound like I'm taking full credit for Dramatube/I-Tube having better success in it's earlier days. However, an admin for a community driven site has a responsibility to make sure things run smoothly. Those figures above prove that i tried my hardest. I may not have known what I was doing all the time and made a few mistakes in the process but at least I tried unlike MBD. He has allowed that site to steadily be run into the ground and you have his ignorance and arrogance to thank for it.


I will posting a video soon after I'm done editing it. Right now this stuff is on the last of my list of priorities.
